Preparing for a WordPress Website Build
. Ask colleagues about site developer they used and what they found to
be most helpful
. Visit sites to find three websites that liked and three sites that
are not liked, noting likes and dislikes
. Identify needed site goals and desired site functions
. Establish a budget
. Consider additional costs (hosting, domain registration, SSL
certificate, etc.)
. Select launch date - the project complexity may determine how long
the project actually will take
. Determine ideal amount of time per day, week or month for site
upkeep
