Job Description
Prodigious manufacturing company is in search for the perfect person to join their outstanding customer service team. This company is an industry leader in manufacturing dental equipment, components and replacement parts. This candidate is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by supervising customer service staff in alignment with the sales and marketing objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery.
  • Handle complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
  • Routinely interacts with customers taking orders; may include international customers as well as domestic customers.
  • Answers intermediate technical questions surrounding product line.
  • Maintains professionalism while insuring strategic statements are met.
  • Reports customer issues daily.
  • Reports on-time delivery issues daily.
  • Communicates to customer to ensure completion in a timely manner.
  • Control upkeep of all customer records.
  • Utilizes CRM system to capture pertinent data.
  • Analyzes and evaluates problems and makes decisions accordingly.
  • Creates and maintains reports as needed.
  • Customer outreach: makes outgoing calls and emails to customers to promote and/or obtain feedback and reports on results.
  • Actively participates in inter-departmental meetings.
  • Works closely with Production and Shipping teams in a constructive manner to ensure our customers requirements are met.
  • Supports Marketing team with projects and feedback.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree and/or 5 years experience in Customer Service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Requires the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous experience in assembly and shipping of products preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions based on information collected.
  • Ability to speak clearly and confidently in a positive manner when interacting with customers.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Possess organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook & Windows, and CRM systems.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills and strong telephone etiquette.
  • Good command of the English language including writing and spelling.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer work station

Work Schedule:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with additional time as needed.
  • Less than 1% unplanned absenteeism is expected.
