Boho Bootcamp: 8 Weeks to Strong & Calm
This program is themed after the 8 limbs of yoga and includes thoughtful movement progressions in yoga and strength training 4x/week for 8 weeks. The goal of this program is to use the tools of yoga philosophy and movement science to increase physical and mental strength and resiliency by learning to inquire and respond to one’s own need’s with compassion and confidence.
There are 3 levels of involvement to participate:
- 8 Week Calendar with daily habits to implement, themed around the 8 limbs of yoga.
- Invitation to a weekly virtual meeting to discuss the theme of the week with the Strong & Calm community.
- Invitation to our Calm & Strong Facebook Group where we will host discussions & post articles, recipes, and ideas for each theme.
- Copies of all your strength workouts, ability to record, share your progress, and easily ask questions with digital app. Note: This app will also allow you to see videos of the exercises and various modifications from the virtual library.

- Link to watch the weekly Live-streamed Strong & Calm Food Talk with guest presenters
