Small reputable producer of custom and commercial machinery, specializing in the manufacture of aerial applications and impulsion systems and components are looking for a qualified Configuration Coordinator for their local facility. Ideal candidates will know their way around ERP systems, production processes, and will perform tasks around ERP Item Card creation and configuration management

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, the Buyer/Planner is expected to:
  • ERP BOM creation and configuration, working with Director of Operations and Supply Chain to create accurate BOM’s per our requirements.
  • Prepare required product documentation.
  • MDL Configuration control and Data entry.
  • The Configuration Coordinator is required to work with a variety of departments to maintain communication and understanding of key card aspects as well as ERP Item Card creation and configuration.
  • Word processing and spreadsheet maintenance.
  • General office administration support.
Skills, Experience, and Aptitude:
Configuration Coordinator should have experience in manufacturing and be familiar with manufacturing processes, Microsoft Excel and Word. This person should have a practical understanding of computer technology.  The Configuration Coordinator should be able to work well with people at all levels within the company as well as customers and vendors. A minimum of a high school diploma as well as 2 years’ of practical job related experience is required for this role. 
  • $16-$24+/hour  DOE
