Full Job Description
We’re in search of a real estate office agent concierge. An individual with superb customer service skills that will onboard new agents and orientate them to the company and connect them with the right tools and departments for them to be successful. They will do some training on systems and tools and also be responsible for some office admin duties.
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
    Has experience in the real estate industry exhibits an extremely high level of initiative.
    Tech-savvy and picks up new programs or platforms quickly, has prior experience implementing new systems.
    Enjoys talking to new people, demonstrates superb customer service and hospitality.

Compensation:
$28,000 - $32,000 yearly DOE
 
Responsibilities:
    Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate
    Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment
    Guide agents through joining/transitioning to the firm
    Process and explain paperwork Including policies and contractor agreements
    Introduce agents to other staff members, provide a tour of physical office and online workspaces; ensure agents have clarity on who, what, where and when for all things office-related
    Help marketing department create attractive informational “handouts” to be delivered either as hard copy or electronic copy to new and potential agents
    Set up a regular communication system to check in with the agents
    Schedule check in to ensure systems are running for agent
    Change Facebook/social media channels
    Send Logos
    Login into skyslope and bookmark
    Sign up or change zipforms/bookmark
    Rmls Change
    Association change
    Login in CB desk walk around useful Tools
    Get Education calendar/highlight helpful classes
    Get headshot, order cards, name badge, sign riders
    Add information to Facebook pages
    Upload the directory to bookmark
    Sign Contacts for installation

Qualifications:
    High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
    2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
    Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
    Great customer service skills
    Good phone and zoom skills
    Good communicator
    Excellent Technology skills
    High Energy and positive attitude
